The man you see in the photo is Tom Davies, a NZ native living in Fiji that created a boat with a big amount of plastic bottles (around 600l).

Plastic bottles are the perfect material that can be used because of lower weight, high resistance and good durability. On the other hand, is a good way to recycle and re-use and it will not rot as woods, so not additional products for treatment are needed.
